BELONG. BELIEVE. BECOME.

"We The Church" exists to provide a community where people will connect with God and each other.

Welcome Home
"WE THE CHURCH"... A community where you belong

"All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.  A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders.  And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had.  They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need.  They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity—  all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people.  And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved."  Acts 2:42-47

Our Beginning
Inspired by Acts 2:42-47

Founding member, Dan Rooney, was inspired with the vision for "We The Church" after reading and meditating on Acts chapter 2.  Reading about the fellowship and growth of the early church, and then comparing it to what is often experienced in church, led him to desire more.

We The Church seeks to become a church like the early church in Acts.  Meeting in one another's homes, helping one another, and loving one another daily.  The goal of WTC isn't to bring people to church, but to bring church to the people.  Our hope is that your focus won't be upon the building, but instead upon the people, because We The Church!

Community is Everything
Being "The Church" Outside the Building

Our building is not the church, WE are!  So, with that in mind, we intentionally limit the amount of programming we offer to maximize our ability to do life together.  To help us stay connected, we're creating our own app.

So whether you are walking your dog, exercising, watching a movie or grocery shopping, you never need to do it alone.  There is a community and a loving God that desires to do life with you.

The Sunday Experience
Contemporary Worship. Relevant Biblical Messages. Potluck Meal.

The only unique thing that any church can offer... is a chance to meet with God!  Our goal at WE THE CHURCH is to provide an opportunity for that to happen every Sunday.

Church shouldn't be a group of strangers who meet on Sunday, they should be more like family.  So, every Sunday, we conclude our service with a time of fellowship over a potluck meal.  Bringing food isn't a requirement to come, but it is appreciated... One thing that is common in every church is a love of food.
